SEP 3 UPDATE – I like recent articles by Nicholas Kristof and Timothy Egan about Harvey and climate change. Also there has been Bob Ward writing in the Guardian (Sep 10) and Bill McKibben (Sep 11).

DEC 30 UPDATE – A framework for scientific analysis about the contribution of climate change to Hurricane Harvey, and other events, has been described by Noah Diffenbaugh.
