Public Opinion, Market Forces, Trump and Climate Change

The Trump reality show in Washington attracts a huge amount of media coverage. Yet this visibility should not mislead us as to how important it is in the challenge to tackle climate change. (Indeed, really the key reason for starting Haddock Research was to create evidence about public opinion about climate change, and ways that understanding that opinion could help in moving us to a low-carbon economy.) To this point, I really like Michael Bloomberg’s article in the New York Times this morning, and also I recommend Chris Goodall’s book The Switch.
