Amsterdam is one of my favourite cities but that is not the only reason I will be going to the ESOMAR conference next week. It should be a great opportunity to meet up with old contacts and make new ones.
A focus of this year’s congress is on AI, and a presentation I am sure to attend is on ‘Human or AI?’ at 10:35am on Wednesday. In recent years I have become more on the look-out for fraud in research, both in qualitative and quantitative studies, and I anticipate I will need to update my fraud detection methods to take account of technologies such as ChatGPT.
I also plan to go to the Power-Up Pavilion at 11.15 am on Monday to attend the Sustainability papers. To be honest, I am not at all sure what these papers are about and will trust to serendipity.
See you at ESOMAR!
